You need to update all of your kexts. I see your WhateverGreen is 1.3.3 and that will not work with Catalina 10.15.1. You need at least 1.3.4.

Once you do that.. you need to mount your Mojave drive to a different macOS system and delete the kexts you added in /L/E. Having different kexts versions in /L/E and EFI folders will cause problems.

... and if you are going to delete kexts willy-nilly from L/E then please remember to rebuild the kext caches, with at the very least:

sudo kextcache -system-prelinked-kernel
sudo kextcache -system-caches

Or the simpler:

sudo kextcache -i /
 
I update clover, remove all kexts from L/E, remove all drivers and install the basic.
This time I tried with config.plist provided here.
The Bios I reset to default.
I uploaded the new log.

The older pc I just need to fake cpuid and boot, without problem, but the pc is Pentium G 4gen

I will try this config more later too, when were in home.

Now I'm booting Mojave with your Config.plist.
I will try later fix the monitor, I need turn off and on two times to get working.

Now will try to update to catalina.

To get things working I followed all steps provided here and I'm using de config.plist fixed by @remington
