HP Sleekbook 15b-179sr, boot problem

Hi there!
I'm trying to install the latest version OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 via Clover.
All goes well until the OS boot after installation. I get an error USB Identifier non-unique (see the screens).
Trying to boot with flags: dart=0 cpus=1 nv_disable=0/1 -f -v.
Also tried USBBusFix=yes and update VoodooPS2Controller.kext/GenericUSBXHCI.kext.

Specs:

Board: Hewlett-Packard 18FD
Intel Core i5 3337U (Ivy Bridge), Intel Graphics 4000
RAM: DDR3 8gb
SSD: Kingston SV300S37A120G
Video: Nvidia 630M

Have you tried boot flag npci=0x2000 kext-dev-mode=1? cpus=1 is not necessary (afaik).
Also try removing each USB device one by one and see if that solves your issue.
Clover patch for trim enabler may also alleviate the issue (from researching around).

Tried this flags (npci=0x2000 kext-dev-mode=1) and added trim support to clover. Still same problem, stuck on usb identifier non-unique. Connected only usb stick with clover for first boot after install. Any ideas ? Thanks!

You did not follow the guide. You have no kexts in EFI/Clover/kexts/Other. FakeSMC, at a minimum, is required to boot OS X.

Also, please fill out your profile as requested in the guide. I can't tell if you're booting Clover legacy or UEFI. If you're booting UEFI, drivers64UEFI is also wrong.

Your config.plist is also wrong. It is not the appropriate config for your hardware as linked from the guide.

Please read the guide carefully.
