If you changed hardware, updated BIOS, or changed any BIOS options, it has potentially changed.

If in doubt, re-extract with F4.

okey here is my last query
whenever i do press F4 on clover screen then i should delete /System/Library/Extentions/BrcmPatchRAM.kext,is that it?

If you have an old BrcmPatchRAM.kext in /S/L/E, you should delete it because it doesn't work on 10.11.

The new version of BrcmPatchRAM.kext simply refuses to load in 10.11.

PBI-CE will install the new BrcmPatchRAM2.kext+BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext when you run it after you do the update.
