Im using Mac os x yosemite + clover , now i like to upgrade it to mac os x El Capitan

At the time of upgrading , is there any needs changing/disabling bios options
like
Enable these options in BIOS (if you have):

• Data Execution Prevention.
• Switchable Graphics Card / Hybrid Graphics.
• Video Memory Size: 64MB (for 9-series laptops) or 512MB (for other laptops, if you have)
• 6-series laptop: UEFI Boot.
• 7-series/8-series laptop: UEFI Native (recommended) or UEFI Hybrid (only if you have Windows Legacy)

Disable these (if you have):

• Wake on LAN.
• Wake on USB.
• LAN/WLAN Switching
• Ambient light sensor.
• Firewire.
• Parallels Port.
• Serial Port.

After upgradation how to perform 7th option ,is there any need of passing F4 keystroke

and i couldnt got apps like
keynote
pages
number
why??
please i need help because i only have 4 hourse todo the remaining things....

If your native ACPI files have changed, or you don't have ACPI/origin anymore on EFI, then you need to press F4.

and i couldnt got apps like

Such apps are purchased from the Mac App Store.
