How to run multibeast in safe mode?

I just installed El Capitan on my PC. I can boot in by selecting the USB drive as a booting device and then select the partition with the fresh installation. I can only boot using safe mode, otherwise it gets stuck in loading loop. When I run multibeast (or El capitan Toolkit) with any preferences, it says "the installation failed". I believe this error is caused by the safe mode, but I can't boot without it. How can I solve this?

My specifications:
Intel Core i7-4770
Gigabyte Z97M-D3H (integrated graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4600)
Samsung SSD 850 EVO
