How to reinstall clover boot loader?

I think I did something wrong, and now my hackintosh refuses to boot. It loads clover, then I select my ssd with OS X, it starts to load, and then it just freezes at 90%. However, if I insert a unibeast OS X installation usb, and then select same ssd - then the system loads just fine. Is it because it uses a clover bootloader from the usb? In this case, is there a way for me to reinstall a fresh version of clover, so that I don't have to use usb all the time? Basically I want to reset boot loader to default settings / restore missing files, etc.

Download Clover, run it and make the same selections you made the first time you installed it.

Thanks! I downloaded El Capitan Post-Install tools (http://www.tonymacx86.com/resources/el-capitan-post-install-tools.294/) and ran CustoMac Essentials, and that fixed the problem!
