how to know if my laptop can run macos catalina

it has a MediaTek MT7921 wi-fi card,nvidia MX550 and realtek,sound card,MediaTek Bluetooth Adapter

Hello.

As far as I can see your hardware is not fully supported under macOS.

There are no Turing graphics drivers, for the MX550, nor Mediatek wireless ones.

Generally 12th generation CPUs can only work with a supported discrete GPU.

Unless someone else knows differently.

Correct. You can really only use 11th/12th/13th gen Intel desktop systems with an AMD dGPU to run macOS.

Laptops must be 10th gen or older, preferably 8th or 9th gen Intel with UHD630 graphics or similar to run the latest Ventura or Sonoma. Catalina can run on UHD620 or 630 graphics as well. The release of Apple Silicon in November 2020 was the death knell for Intel iGPU support in Macbook laptops and Mac minis.

From the laptop FAQ section:
Only Intel I series CPUs up to 10th Gen (Ice Lake) is supported, anything higher is not supported as Apple do not use those CPUs with integrated graphics.
