How to enable 'Kaby Lake' Intel 6xx Graphics (10.12.6+)

I have used all three Device IDs - 0x3E91003, 0x3E92003 and 0x3E98003 along with the igfxfw=2 boot argument, and I am getting very good acceleration on the iGPU, but for some reason only AppleIntelKBLGraphicsFramebuffer.kext is loading. Shouldn't it be AppleIntelCFLGraphicsFramebuffer.kext. that loads, since I have the 9900K? Or is that the one that loads through WEG? I'm just concerned that I might be doing something wrong to not let the CFL Graphics kext load.
