How to enable GMA 3100 intel graphics in 10.6 snow leoaprd????

How Can we enable GMA3100 (not x3100) graphics in os x 10.6 snow leopard???? Please tell and give me kexts and edits........ Thanks in advance.

When I was new to the community, I was doing the same thing as you, trying to make components work that don't really work.

The best advice I can give you is to buy a GT610 graphics card. They're only about £25 now and work out of the box.

Its quite easy, do make sure that you are connected to a screen using HDMI or DVI-D (D-Sub does not function at all)

Brother , At evening I went to a nearby nvidia store and I bought GT610 2GB DDR3 ...... but for enabling would i have to do some extra steps like editing chameleon.boot.plist or installing any kexts or not????
