I'm having issues with both OsxAptioFix3Drv-64.efi and AptioMemoryFix.efi, half of the time I get the following error (on cold boot):
Code:Error allocating 0x122d4 pages at 0x0000000021a2a000 alloc type 2 Couldn't allocate runtime area
It seems that others on this thread have been having the same issue. I'm wondering if someone managed to understand why we're getting these.
The old method of OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi + Test2.efi was the only one working fine for me. At some point I also had AptioMemoryFix.efi working fine as well (the initial pre-compiled version from tyufhl), although I didn't quite like the time it was taking to calculate the slide value.
As for now on my R6E motherboard, after using the DSDT patches provided I'm now having some issues with my USB mouse which seems to teleport on the screen when CPU load increases. I believe that's caused by power management and I probably missed something from the guide about it, so I'll dig further that way. Without any DSDT patches that USB mouse was working just fine before, so I might just rollback on some of the patches.
I had the same problem as you.
It was solved through the latest version of AptioMemoryFix.efi.
Try to use once.
