And in which slot the GPU is actually installed? May I guess? Slot-1?

--- please tell me.. where you found device-id 42 21 00 00 of this one....
or where I can find it to compare

Maybe in line 121 when you edited HDEF in last few lines
you forgot or deleted } at the end - that is why it can be weird I mean "problem in line 123"

You have to be careful with that, because every opened { have to be closed later by }
so for example ..:

(it is only example!)
