To attach the fans and than secure that?

Maybe a "L" shaped aluminum profile would also work

I had this made by TheLaserHive - it fits 2x140mm fans plus the original G5 speaker (for startup chime)
No screws required as it fits between a few existing standoffs and bottom row of nuts at the front of the case.

That looks great. I'll be on the blower to the laser hive in the morning.

UPDATE: I bought one from thelaserhive.com. That's the third item I bought from there; the motherboard plate, the back panel and the mount for fans at the front.
