High Sierra Shutdown and USB 3.0 problem

Hi everyone!
I´m new here and made all my hackintosh following a ton of guides here!

Almost everything works fine!

Main problems:
1.When I try to shutdown the PC won´t shut down and I need to press the power button to shut down. Then, when I turn on show the message "Your computer was restarted because of a problem”.

2. USB 3.0 doesnt work

Hardware:
Asus Z370 PC Pro
NVidia GTX 1070 8gb
Intel i7 8700k
