I have an Asus xonar essence STX sound card which is what I pull all of my audio through, and I don't know if macOS will recognize the soundcard.
Does anyone have any experience with soundcards and macOS?

Hi there.

As far as I know Asus xonar pci cards have no Mac drivers.

Asus xonar USB audio does output sound using standard USB drivers but sounds awful and is not controllable.
