If you have a 'p8h61-m lx3 plus r2.0' motherboard then it already has an integrated Realtek RTL8111 controller, why do you need an additional card ?

If you do actually have a card with a RTL 8168 controller then that too is supported by the RealtekRTL8111.kext.

Because in motherboard doesn’t work lan port :( In Windows and everywhere

Idk why but in device manager hackintool I see another one card a 528t but in pc 560t

No, it’s that card, I was remove now from pc and his dropped from macOS

Then maybe it is just misidentified.
It really doesn't matter, they all are supported by the same kext.
