Its now installing with your config
What did you edit? (except boot flags)

Also I used USB 3.0 stick (now it is installing from USB 2.0 stick). Cant it be a problem too?

make sure you only have one hard drive in your machine (the hard you want to install macos onto) and make sure to partition the whole drive
