Help with core I5 7400 on Asrock 270m Pro4

you have probably some kexts installed on the old install now causing trouble. if you do not remember how you did the previous install it would be easier to install as new then restore settings from backup

I'm gonna change CPU by guarantee, because I can't install any OS with this CPU in cause of Kernel Panic (even linux!!!)
