Good day, I'm a newbie and would like to ask for assistance if it is possible to install High Sierra in my laptop, please check the following specification:

Motherboard: Lenovo LNVNB161216
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 Mobile 4500U
Graphics: AMD Radeon Graphics
Memory: 12GB DDR4
HDD: 512GB NVMe m.2 SSD
Network Adapters: Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4a Wireless Network Adapter
Audio/Sound: AMD High Definition Audio Device, Realtek(R) Audio
IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers: Standard SATA AHCI Controller
BIOS: Lenovo DZCN19WW - AMD AGESA RenoirPI-FP6 1.0.0.1

I already tried to install it but I received this error:
OsxAptioFix2Drv: Starting overrides for \System\Library\CoreServices\boot.efi
Using reloc block: no, hibernate wake: no

In my BIOS here's what I've done:
-Disable Secure Boot
-Set to UEFI

Thank you in advance.

Hi there,

Unfortunately, support for AMD laptops is scarce, particularly for those that are AMD for both CPU and GPU.
Luckily I managed to achieve booting on macOS recently. So you could try my Opencore EFI folder for the Atari VCS which has an AMD APU. Simply replace your current EFI folder with this one. You must add in the UUID, board serials, MLB and ROM values into the SMBIOS section of the config.plist, and try booting that. These can be generated using Opencore Configurator.

In addition to that, you will need to change the following in BIOS (if they are present) for it to boot:

AHCI mode
VT-d disabled
HPET disabled
CSM disabled
XHCI handoff enabled
Above 4G decoding enabled

On top of that, I believe your AMD GPU Renoir is likely better supported in Mojave 10.14.6. If it fails to run in High Sierra, the next OS to try it with is Mojave.
