Why are you trying to manipulate CLOVER/OEM? All ACPI files should go to EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched.

This is a message from the last script I launched (./install_ACPI_to_ESP.command), I didn't try to manipulate CLOVER/OEM since I don't know where to start from.

You should look inside the script to see what it is doing.
You can always create CLOVER/OEM if it does not exist.

Thanks for your support RehabMan.

After many attempts I finally installed High Sierra on the laptop. There's just one final issue I have to solve. Every time I boot it up I got the following kernel panic advice:

The same panic report without an actual panic means your NVRAM is not implemented correctly.
See guide for correct drivers64UEFI and notes regarding EmuVariableUefi-64.efi and "RC scripts"

correct drivers64UEFI

Thank you RehabMan.

If I understood booting EFI doesn't need EmuVariableUefi-64.efi but needs FSInject-64.efi and OsxFatBinaryDrv-64.efi as well, right?

BTW: I've replaced the original Intel WiFi/BT card with a DW1560 and installed its kexts with Kext Utility after updating list in Clover but there's no way for the system to detect it. Any suggestion?

Depends on hardware (none in your profile, please fix as per FAQ), and what Aptio fix you're using.
It is covered in the guide.
Read it carefully.

No PR files, no idea.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Hi guys!
I'm new to Hackintoshing, and I also have an X260 with the same specs. Can someone give me a complete rundown of things I would need to do in order to dual-boot my laptop? I'm slightly confused, as I'm not much of a tech-savvy person when it comes to macOS (Windows is more my game, but I need to learn how to use a Mac b/c my school provides us with MacBooks to use in school, and I need practice XD )

Thanks!

Happy Thanksgiving!
As of right now, I don't have a Mac that will allow me to get MacOS bootable media. I have my school Mac, but I can't download any programs on it (which kinda sucks) So I can't install Unibeast, Multibeast, or Chimera
Any advice as to how to get some bootable media? I've heard that VM are an option, but aren't too reliable.

Borrow a Mac from someone you know.
Please note that the laptop guide does not use any of Unibeast, Multibeast, or Chimera.
