HELP: ALC887 Headphone & Front Mic undetectable after sleep - Sierra

All Audio Ports + HDMI all work (haven't tested line in tho). Headphone & Front Mic are undetectable after sleep, meaning jack sense doesn't detect them anymore but all rear ports still works.

From what i have read from No Audio After Sleep/Wake - Realtek ALC Thread i might need the EAPD-Codec-Commander although I'm not exactly sure).
What would best way to troubleshoot theses audio ports after sleep, so i have a better idea what I'm dealing with?

NOTES: Using Mutibeast Realtek Driver

Build Specs:
MB: Gigabyte H81N (Mini-ITX)
CPU: Intel i5-4460 w/ HD4600
Storage:

• Samsung SSD 850 EVO mSATA 250GB - El Captain
• Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250GB - Win10
• Segate HDD 1TB 8mb Cache - Storage

PSU: Corsair CX500
