Hi there,
If it helps there is already an Opencore (OC) build for your exact laptop here but for macOS Big Sur.

This will give you an idea of the structure required.
You'll need to generate your own SMBIOS serials such as UUID, MLB, ROM etc. in order to use it as well as have a copy of the macOS installer for your chosen OS. However it is running a very old build of Opencore (0.6.4). So you'll have to update it to the latest OC version plus and kexts (so that it can run the latest OSes such as Ventura). Aside from editing the EFI's config.plist manually using a PLIST editor, there are tools now available that simplify the editing process such as OCAT (OC Auxiliary Tool) as they also include error-checking.
