For a starting-point, how about this by very experienced Moderator @ammulder :

https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-asrock-z390-phantom-gaming-itx-ac-i9-9900k-rx-580.268992/

Then maybe this. A good build, though using a Vega:

https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...orus-pro-vega-64-tb3-usb3-100-working.264948/

It's rare to find a build exactly the same as the one you are planning, but that's why this community exists. A lot of information.

It is true that many people have used the Gigabyte Z390 Designare, but with the i7-9700k instead, so read guides related to both the Designare and the i9.

Hi there.

Okay, but you need to give us more information on the problems. These are working guides so clearly something is going wrong with your build.

For example: Boot using the "-v" verbose command-line and post a screengrab, so we can see where the problem is occurring.

If you've created your UniBeast stick using the guide your PC will boot. There might be certain settings that need making to prevent a black-screen or a prohibited symbol etc., so let us know where the problem is.

More info needed ...
