Hi RehabMan,

I got lucky! well not very lucky... but I was able to find a shortcut to advanced menu to the InsydeH20 BIOS.

I disabled the virtualization options and set DVMT to 96MB. I hope I set the correct property. But installation still doesn't go beyond the ACPI: message.

am I missing something?

Post EFI/Clover folder as ZIP (omit 'themes' folder)

Hi RehabMan,

I was able to boot into the installer by dropping the oem tables in clover options.
But, my SSD is not visible to mac os installer nor to disk utility!

I had physically connected this SSD to another system, partitioned it with GPT and installed (without bootloader) Yosemite. So, I believe it would be visible with UEFI enabled in BIOS.

Now, I am guessing its something to do with the FS kexts. Currently I have excluded HFS efi in config.plist. I will try excluding VBoxHfs.

You cannot drop the SSDT for SATA... it will make the SATA drivers not work.

You will need to find the specific tables that need dropping (hopefully it is not the SATA table).

Hi RehabMan,

In "Tables dropping" options, I see options like
Drop "<4chartext>" "ACRPRDCT" <number> [ ]

None of them is SATA. And I am not able to figure out which drop option is for SATA.

Also, "Drop all OEM SSDT" option works sometimes only. Not sure which one.
Sometimes installer loads the mouse pointer and the colorwheel on grey background before restarting... Now, I am not sure which options works.

You have to look at the content of the SSDTs to determine their purpose. You can extract all ACPI files to ACPI/origin by pressing F4 in Clover.
