Is your sleep working fine? after updating my sleep stopped working.

I have a Xeon E5-2665 so I use AppleIntelCPUPowerManagementSandE.kext, I also don't own an Asus board but this method finally fixed my energy stuff after patching the bios. The kext loads fine though, but I can't tell if it's doing its job.

still don’t know why the cpu typ is not showing right ?? even added SMcputype 2561 or 1281 and that didn't help..

SMcputype 2561(MacPro6,1) or 1281(MacPro5,1) is for chameleon.

You need /EFI/CLOVER/config.plist:

    <key>CPU</key>
    <dict>
        <key>Type</key>
        <string>0x0A01</string>
    </dict>

A01 is hexadecimal for 2561.

yes mate.. even your X79_CPUPM_kexts works when i installed it to /S/L/E

for smbios Mac Pro 6.1 you simple generate your mac pro 6.1 and add Mac-F60DEB81FF30ACF6 and serial F5KLV0H8F693 with cloverconfigurator but still don’t know why the cpu typ is not showing right ?? even added SMcputype 2561 or 1281 and that didn't help..

yes i even tried his kext patch now and that worked as well.. going to try his clover config now and if that works great too then I’m going to restore AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement and use the config instead for future yosemite update…
