I have downloaded patched applehda and applealc kexts to fix the audio in S/L/E and I tried them in /L/E and they didn't work so I don't really know what to do.

Any change requires new problem reporting files.
None attached.

Your kextcache still shows kexts installed to /S/L/E.
As per FAQ, kexts should be in /L/E.

Please try to check your work before asking for help.

As I said I tried to move modified AppleHDA, AppleALC and Applebacklight kexts from /S/L/E to /L/E and they didn't work, so I had to move the kexts back to S/L/E in order audio and brightness to work... so what should I do to them?

You will need to attach PR files that represent this scenario.

Ok. Here's the files that represents the scenario.

Your kexts are not installed correctly.
kextcache still shows some kexts installed to /S/L/E instead of /L/E.
Please check your work before asking questions.

It seems I've fixed screen "freezing" issue.

I enabled CSM support from BIOS first. I had CSM support enabled and UEFI first but after changing from UEFI first to Legacy first, I haven't experienced this issue.

I have to thank RehabMan for trying to help me with this issue. He also helped me to solve many issues with kexts and DSDT.

EDIT: Still have the "freezing" screen issue but it seems it happens much less often when booting to login.

Seems unlikely that UEFI vs. legacy first will make any difference at all...
(because you're still booting UEFI after all).

Must attach new PR files after making any corrections previously suggested.
