[GUIDE] Mac OS 10.8 on Sony Vaio SA/SB/SE

I understand. Now, i have read about chameleon, i have found the topic with installer here on the website. I have few doubts:

1. I will still use the UniBeast to make the USB? Because on Chameleon i saw that i have to choose the GUID Partion table and what i have made with UB was Master Boot.
2. On the usb i will add just Chameleon, not the MultiBeast, isn`t it?
3. From the links you provided, which folder from OS X Voodoo do i add? As for the first one, for graphics i managed to figure it out.
4. I don`t know if that helps someone but i am doing this USB installer from a vmware 10 with OS X Yosemite installed (updated from guest OS X Mavericks vmware image). I can confirm that everything is working just fine (beside Facetime - won`t connect the camera) , even if Yosemite is framing a little bit because i have made upgrade, not fresh install.

1. Yes. Chameleon does not require GPT.
2. Yes.
3. Release
4. VM installs are not supported here.

Thank you for your full explanation, i will do this and keep you posted. Is it normal to have black screen when it installs? Or should i have to see the apple installation process?

Looks like i do not know how to edit .kext files or add the required details to USB after i made it with UB.
I have downloaded the .zip files from the links but i'm in a blackhole now, what exact files do i need to add? Or i just add the whole folders to the USB?

Read the README.

Read the README.

read and installed the generic and voodoo with kext wizard to USB. I have now a small problem with chameleon, how do i install it on USB because if i follow the steps from what i have found, it says to make new portion, with GUID and then will prompt me to erase the whole USB stick, so i will lose all the settings i made with UniBeast and kext wizard.
Any read me or link for step by step instructions? This is the last part that i`ll need to do and after that i will install the OS X.

If you could provide an id or something to speak on chat or phone, idk, something that could be easy and earn us some time, i would appreciate it.

Just use the Chameleon installer.

Just use the Chameleon installer.

I found 2-3 installers but won`t work. Instalation failed. I have done all the requirements on the instructions: partion 1 with GUID (mac os extended - Journaled), start the boot usb os x yosemite install, chameleon r2380, i select the USB when prompt me to install, select the instalation of chameleon and system for laptop(not for PC), and after the waiting period, instalation failed. Could you please provide a link where to download the chameleon instaler?

And another thing, on my previous posts i asked if i make the USB with UniBeast and then install chameleon on it, you said yes.
I am doing something wrong here and i can`t figure it out what.

Should i make the USB boot with UniBeast and then install Chameleon or just install chameleon and then modify the controller and voodoo and delete the ACPI.kext?

Please let me know

Use Unibeast to create your USB.

Then install Chameleon on top of it.

Done that, managed to install chameleon and i start booting. All good with the commands IntelCapriFB=4 or 8 or 9 and the rest...it shows the installation process...many lines...and after that...a black screen with backlight..is this normal? i should wait?
Please post a SS of what i need to see after the verbose mode install, because i don`t think a black screen is the result after booting.

I don`t know if that matter but here you have the chameleon log :

Is there anything wrong on it?

It looks ok. Of course the only thing that matters is org.chameleon.Boot.plist, not the log...
