[Guide] Lenovo Y50 (UHD or 1080p) using Clover UEFI

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Note: Setting DVMT-prealloc as per post #1 is NOT optional.

I installed Windows and it wiped out the macos installation.
I want to start all over again, and this time, performing all the steps as you have nicely detailed.
However, I'm stuck at the first step "use a EFI shell to change the DVMT-prealloc from the shell." (I have the UHD model of Y50)

If you have a question, you must provide details, not just "I'm stuck".
 
Dear Rehabman.Help me please. I have trouble with new repository because after installing I can't start my mac. I sending my Ioreg, photo of the stop line and my old bootlog.

Thanks RehabMan, your guide had explained everything. I downgraded my BIOS to 1.14 (from 3.03), and did the
setup_var 0x18C 0x4.

Post #969 implies you cannot boot.
Yet, in this PR file set, you provide ioreg, which implies you CAN boot.
Which is it?

Your drivers64UEFI is not per guide.

This is vanilla install what I tried. But I can't boot as you seen in the picture (stopped on the line). I booting by the clover on USBinstaller. I will try repair USBinstaller but I am not sure if it will by help. All files is from the Jul 16, 2018 at 11:57 PM is one new installation.
