I ran the reporting script mentioned in the faq. Attached is the output.

Notes:

Your kextcache output proves that CoreDisplayFixup.kext is not installed.

Keep in mind that the way you're booting without injecting a FakeID is kicking the graphics kexts out of cache. Because there are important patches related to DVMT-prealloc/framebuffer configuration in config.plist, and the fact that Clover cannot patch a kext that is out of cache, you're likely to cause graphics problems due to DVMT/framebuffer mismatch. You should instead boot with the proper FakeID (eg. boot from HDD/SSD, not the USB), but with invalid ig-platform-id (0x13345678) then rebuild cache (puts graphics kexts in cache), then reboot normally.

It still doesnt work properly for me. Although, I can boot into the OS without USB now.

You will need to provide details on what you're doing.
I cannot guess.

I figured me quoting what you told me to do would be enough information on what I was doing...

I added the coredisplayfixup.kext file to my kexts folder on my HDD
I changed my platform ID to 0x13345678 using textedit, rebooted, rebuilt cache through terminal, rebooted, and it still didn't fix the issue (no graphics acceleration)

No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.164990/
Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

No idea what you mean by "kexts folder on my HDD". If you mean EFI partition, EFI/Clover/kexts/Other, it is wrong... The kexts you place there DO NOT load when you're booting your system partition.

Further details on correct kext installation are in the guide and FAQ:
