[Guide] Lenovo Y50 (UHD or 1080p) using Clover UEFI (10.11)

I have a problem: after any major updates like 10.11 to 10.12 or 10.12 to 10.13 (minor updates are working fine) I always have a video glitches which is annoying (everything else are working fine as usual). The problem won't fix after patches, kext reinstalling, step-by-step repeating post #1 after install process. Every major update I have to clean reinstall everything, so maybe there is a way to undo / reset all changes and patches to default one like it was upon fresh install or maybe I missing something in update? I've tried your recommendations in "Updates" section, the problem is still there.

Read post #1, "Problem Reporting".
Here we go.
Not sure if you need IORegistry dump, I have FHD model. If you need, ask ahead.
This setup is working perfect on clean install but has screen glitches on major updates.

"Problem Reporting" files are incomplete (ioreg is missing).
Read post #1, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

The issue is:
When I boot my OS, on login I have the screen like https://www.tonymacx86.com/attachments/screen-shot-2017-07-17-at-12-42-54-pm-png.267093/ this one. Then I just press Fn+F1 and any key after that (as suggested in some other guide) and graphics get back to normal. This problem happens while running fresh install media, fresh installed OS without kext / patches. After applying everything from your Post #1, the problem disappears, but after major update it appears again and seems to won't fix. Also, while this glitch, even after getting normal image (Fn+F1 and any key) some system animations seems a bit laggy, sharp and corrupted, while everything is good and smooth on fresh install.

Enable legacy boot/CSM in BIOS as per post #1.
Also keep in mind you usually need to rebuild cache and reboot after an update.

Rebuild cache, update kexts, different boot options, repatching didn't worked for me

EDIT: Enabling Legacy boot worked for me, thanks

No idea without "Problem Reporting" files that represent that scenario.
