I see in the config.plist on the first post that:

device-id of pci I set: 16190000
on the fake id IntelGFX use : 16198086

It is typical SKL spoof.
But you won't be able to patch with WhateverGreen doing SKL spoof...

When I have a chance, I'll add that capability... (but might want to do some cleanup of the code during the process).

Ok now I change my signature.

I try to change the resolution on config.plist but nothing change. If I try to check Load Vbios and Patch Vbios the monitor have gray block without load correct configuration.

How I made the change to set this resolution?

No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Note: PR files must represent the problem scenario, not some other configuration.

This is with KBL->SKL spoof. It is fine, if that's what you want to do.
But currently you can't patch with WhateverGreen.kext as it does not support that particular spoof (with a small change, it can support it at least partially).
