What do you mean, exactly? What exactly are you doing? How are you testing whether the file is changed or not?

1. Opened Maciasl and patched System DSDT [photo 1)]
2. Compiled and saved it as DSDT.aml (ACPI Machine Library) [Photo 2)]
3. Closed DSDT file and reopened it with Maciasl and clicked on patch I recently applied. It was back to photo 1)

By design/as expected. The patch removes the previous patch then re-applies it.

Note: Photo 1 shows the patch already present in the file.

Hi all.
Thank for this post. But I have problem with this tutorial:

My laptop:

1) I try the best how I Can install everthing like on the post but after install os is still very laggy as on first run. First i installed config_1366x768 HD 3000 plist but after reboot i saw kernel panic like on 2 or 3 page on this topic. I changed it on config_1366x768 HD 3000 7 series plist and after that works great but still laggy as first run. What to do? It is exacly the same like on this video https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=994_z22OMA0

Post ioreg: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/58368-guide-how-make-copy-ioreg.html. Please, use the IORegistryExplorer v2.1 attached to the post! DO NOT reply with an ioreg from any other version of IORegistryExplorer.app.

If you have HD3000 on 7-series board, you must use the appropriate config.plist for that hardware.

Post the config.plist that you're using (or entire EFI/Clover folder).

If you're getting a panic, post a photo.

2) I have original wifi Card installed and i have not internet access and I Can not download kext for ethernet Card RTL8100 from firts post because it schows error. Could someone Can upload it?

WiFi is not related to Ethernet. For WiFi, you need to replace any unsupported card with one that is compatible. Compatible chipsets and the procedures for making them work are covered here: http://www.tonymacx86.com/network/104850-guide-airport-pcie-half-mini-v2.html

As far as Realtek FE: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/296190-driver-for-realteks-rtl810x-fast-ethernet-series/

Thank you for fast reply.

But when i want download RealtekRTL8100-RC1.zip it shows error.

You picked the wrong link. I said "directly under"...

If you wish to build from sources, use Xcode.

Hopefully Rehabman has you headed in the right direction on your first issues. As to this one, you have two options for wifi:
1) Buy a USB wifi dongle. They work fine for basic WiFi, but are not native so OS X sees it as an ethernet connection and you have to use 3rd party software to connect to APs, etc. And if you want to get handoff working, you can't.
2) Open up the laptop and replace the Intel wifi card with one that is compatible with OS X. A number of compatible cards are listed in the http://www.tonymacx86.com/network/104850-guide-airport-pcie-half-mini-v2.html thread.

If you opt to go with route #2 you will run in to problems with the BIOS as it has a whitelist of allowable wifi cards. If yours is not on the list it won't boot. To me the easiest solution to that was to have someone modify my BIOS to remove the whitelist. Google BIOS mods to find resources to accomplish this (not sure if it's kosher to link to such websites or not). Note that you must mod YOUR BIOS, you can't flash a BIOS from someone else's computer.

I have wifi usb dongle. I installed driver for it and software Wireless Network Utility but it wont open :C

Edit: Ok. Everthink working good except WiFi dongle
