The current repo does not put any patched files into ACPI/patched. It is all done on-the-fly with config.plist and an SSDT.

Because there are no patched files, there is no need to extract them for patching, therefore no need to boot from USB.

So tried this again and bluetooth still not working :(

You must follow the guide as written. And carefully...

You're using the wrong SMBIOS. This guide uses MacBookAir6,2.

I believe I have spoken to you earlier - on the last thread.
You said although not optimal, using MacBook Pro SMBIOS will work with this laptop.

So, I'm not sure if something changed when I upgraded to 10.11 which caused Bluetooth to break now because 10.10 everything worked fine with the same SMBIOS.

This guide uses MacBookAir6,2. MacBookPro11,1 can work, but you would need to make further changes to the files provided by this guide.

Why would you want to do that?

So, I'm not sure if something changed when I upgraded to 10.11 which caused Bluetooth to break now because 10.10 everything worked fine with the same SMBIOS.

Your bluetooth is not working because USBXHC_u430.kext is not functional. USBXHC_u430.kext is not functional because it is coded for MacBookAir6,2, not MacBookPro11,1.

USB is completely changed in 10.11 which is why kexts such as USBXHC_u430.kext are needed.

Sigh, darnit.
Whenever I change SMBIOS, it breaks my iMessage requiring me to call Apple. Have called them about three times.
Will change over to MacBook Air!
 
Finally Got everything to work RehabMan, but almost every time I boot up my system restarts with this kernel panic and after it restarts its fin, any ideas of why I get the panic?

No issue like that here. Try a fresh install.
 
One other thing, Sleep does not work when I have my wifi dongle plugged in. It uses Realtek 8118CUS driver.
