[Guide] Intel NUC7/NUC8 using Clover UEFI (NUC7i7Bxx,NUC8i7Bxx,etc)

I mean AirportItlwm.kext because I did download latest version (ALPHA). And still not working.
Facetime and iMessage need more than just the AirportItlwm.kext to work.

Check your Ethernet port, if you have one is port "en0".
Check your SMBIOS and system-definition.
See our guide:

:)

facetime and message are working. I have had a low volume problem on facetime for several OS releases now, but it works

For anyone searching for an Intel NUC and not liking the price or not finding one at all check out the deal on this AMD NUC. I have one and it’s been amazing how well it works, there are some limitations with DRM but if that’s not a show stopper they are pretty awesome.

See this post 32

After some time the sleep on my NUC stops working. The wake reason seems to be related to the notification centre.
If I reboot, the issue goes away but I have no clue how to resolve it.

Has anyone seen this before? I am using Sonoma 14.1.1

UPDATE: The below thread that @Leesureone linked solved my issue. The NUC is again sleeping like a baby.

Not specifically, does it go back to sleep or does it stay awake? Check this thread and see if it provides any insight.

Hi everyone,

First of all, thanks for the tutorials.

I have a NUC8i7BEH2 with Monterey and yesterday I bought a second 4K screen. :headbang:

I have two problems:

The first: the screen on the USB-C to HDMI port is only 30hz (the HDMI one is 60hz).:(

The second: when I come out of standby, the screen on the HDMI port is no longer detected. (I have to restart the computer).

* I updated the BIOS, but it didn't change anything.

I don't think there is an easy answer to your issues, you can have a read here in the graphics section and try tinkering with the device properties of the iGPU. I'd make sure you are using a USB drive to make the changes on so you don't get stuck in a permanent no boot situation. Either that or keep you original EFI on an unedited USB drive. Back up your stuff...

Its going to require a serious bit of trial and error.

Hello,
Thank you for your answer.

What annoys me the most is the 30hz on the USB-C port, I ask the question here because maybe it's impossible to have 60hz... on this port.

In Windows it's possible, but in hack, I don't know.

Hello,
Anyone updated to 14.3? @Leesureone I am using your EFI with Sonoma 14.0 and was wondering if you updated yours to 14.3.

Many thanks in advance
