You will need to provide a photo or a copy/paste of the text in Terminal. I have no idea what you're doing.

Make sure you do everything in the exact order as the guide.

The machine is MSI GS60 2PC laptop, i7-4710HQ, HD4600 and GFX850m, Realtek892, Intel 8270 Wifi+BT(known not working), Killer ethernet. I've managed to get the QE/CI working (but need to use 0x0a26000a instead of 0x0a260006 somehow ...), but the brightness control, disable Nvidia, instant sleep after wake problem still there, then I found it's dumping lots of error as above. Would you please take a look ? ... all the output of troubleshoot command, patchmatic, ioreg are zipped and attached. Many Thanks in advance !!

VGA not supported. Use a HDMI->VGA adapter.

Even with VGA Adaptors it causes problems. Some adaptors can cause kernel panics recommend just using HDMI.

With a good active HDMI->VGA adapter, should be no issue. Keyword "good"...

I have a HP elitebook folio 9470m.
Until now, I have always used the automated configuration provided by nguyenmac.

From what I remember I have always used the SMBIOS of a macbook air 5,2. With this config the wireless works even at the installation. Also have to change from 9,2 to air 5,2 after apply your scripts since the computer freezes during boot.

Also noted that the max sound volume is lower. In the past there was an option in the plist to increase the volume.

This laptop have DP instead of HDMI port. I will test it in a near future.

You can use whatever SMBIOS you like. The config.plist provided in the guide has the necessary SMBIOS whitelist WiFi patch.

If you have an issue, read post #1, "Problem Reporting".

Also, the 9470m is not directly supported at this time. I will add a config for it, if you provide the necessary files requested in "Unsupported laptops" and "USB customization"
