About TRIM on APFS, are you suggesting we use Apple's built-in trimforce solution ?

No.
It is likely you will experience problems if you enable TRIM with APFS.
Keep TRIM disabled.

HP EliteBook 8460p
Intel Core i5-2540M (2 gen)
Intel(R) HD 3000, (1600 x 900 ) (its 512mb)
RAM: 8Gb DDR3 1333 MHz
HDD: 120 Gb SSD (sandisk)

I have problem with my hackintosh (i use hotpatch - thanks excellent work ). Everything works wifi, sleep, web cam ... but i have problem with lags and total freezes system on safari (opening ,minimize or maximalize from the dock ) and i tryed Firefox but its same. 30min and nothing. i must hold the power button to off. its it same in el capitan, sierra or high sierra.

If anyone can help me with it will by great.

its my clover folder and file from IORegistryExplorer v2.1

Your drivers64UEFI is wrong.
The guide recommends OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi, not OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi.
Remove OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi and install OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi.

wasn't help it. still same. music playing, mouse moving on screen but everything else is freezed. :(
