I think your issue is related to your WiFi AP hardware.

Hi RehabMan. Ive sorted out my problem. The WIFI and internet issue turned out to be a firmware issue i get 100meg down and up after some tweaking. Wasn't the update after all

My zbook 14 also has a m4100 deicated GPU, is it the problem? I can't completely disable it in bios, strange zbook.

Btw, I tried the new code, still no luck, and bluetooth is broken.

You still have DGPU=1 in SSDT-HACK. Please read carefully.

About bluetooth... the ioreg you provided previously for "USB customization" had no bluetooth device in it. Maybe you failed to disable "fast boot"? Or bluetooth is disabled in BIOS?

Alternate USB configuration: Remove code that disables EHCI#1. Test again all ports, provide ioreg (eg. "USB customization")

By "firmware issue", I assume you mean "router firmware issue"....

Firmware issue, Routers Firmware. Not sure what happened but i updated the Firmware and it was fine until we had a Power Outtage maybe the firmware got corrupt.

Try a fresh install for comparison.

If you think something is wrong with your setup, read post #1, "Problem Reporting".

After fresh install everything is OK except HDMI audio
HDMI is working but no audio
Internal Speaker is working
problem reporting is in Archive.zip except from Clover screen-i don't know how to do

Hi RehabMan. 10.11.5 has actually broken WIFI on my 4530s. I can no longer copy anything over WIFI without it dropping out/ Disconnecting internet is fine until i start copying anything over WIFI. Ethernet is fine but WIFI is clearly broken.

You did not provide EFI/Clover. Please read post #1, "Problem Reporting". Reply with *all* files and output requested.

Your problem is clearly with your networking hardware. Nothing wrong with WiFi here.
