Alright, thank you! Also, I seem to be having an issue with sleep. The computer takes a long time to sleep (10 - 20 seconds). I don't know what's causing it. Can you take a look at it?

10-20 sec delay is normal. It is a 'feature'. Ask Apple.

Ah OK. Thanks for all your help! I'm really sorry for bothering you, but I have one more problem that I just noticed. Wifi seems to drop out after sleep. It will work for a few seconds, then web pages will start failing to load. It seems to be related to http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...70-bcm4352-wifi-failure-after-wake-sleep.html. Any thoughts?

hey bro just catching up
so if i want to update from appstore
i update clover bootloader
delete all folders except "others"

and what commands do i start from to update my kexts before i install el capitan

thank you in advance

Uncheck "Wake for network access" in SysPrefs->Energy Saver.

As stated in the guide...

Code: 
git pull
./download.sh
./install_downloads.sh

./install_downloads.sh must be run both before and after the upgrade.

Boot verbose, show photo. Post EFI/Clover folder you're using.
