Thank you RehabMan! That did the trick. Also, I can confirm that HDMI video/audio hotplug works. Also, iMessage and Facetime seem to working without any tweaks. Thanks for all your help!

Uncheck "Wake for network access" in SysPrefs->Energy Saver.

That fixed the WiFi issue.

As stated in the guide...

Code:
git pull
./download.sh
./install_downloads.sh

./install_downloads.sh must be run both before and after the upgrade.

thanks for your fast reply
i finally downloaded the update from the appstore, took forever
when i ran the installation it said it needs to restart to complete installation.. when it reboots it just boots as per normal, installation does not continue

maybe this is due to being dualbooted with win 10? how can i upgrade?

You need to boot the updater/installer from Clover after you run the installer from the Yosemite desktop.

So... make sure you pay attention to the new entry you find in your Clover bootloader screen...

Boot verbose, show photo. Post EFI/Clover folder.

Boot verbose, show photo. Post EFI/Clover folder you're using.
Finally I've managed to update system. I've missed to update config.plist.

Everything is perfect besides sound. I've lost sound and can't get it works..
On Yosemite this #257 solution helped me, now no result

Undo the change you mention above.

Read post #1, "Known Problems" "Audio"
