The patch for Y50-70 (battery_Lenovo-Y50.txt) works correctly on Lenovo B50-70!

My original DSDT (unpatched) is attached

It also needs patches for SMD0. Check current copy in repo.

I'll add, but the patch needs one minor change, or it doesn't work. The LPC device is named LPC not LPCB, so the patch for _L1D needs to change to reflect.

Hi guys, I completed install yosemite on my notebook (HP 430 i3 2310m). My battery status not work and still confuse with it. I've tried to patch DSDT with similar my notebook (i.e HP Probook 4x30). The result still same. Anyone can help me?

Your DSDT (DSDT.dsl) is disassembled incorrectly.

Ah yes, you're right. I didn't use the -dl option in iasl. I used it now and the Asus N55SL battery patch worked for my UX303LB. Thank you.

my contribution

installed yosemite 10.10.4 on Compaq CQ61-230SL

to fix battery i've used battery_HP-DV6-3165sf.txt

now battery icon is ok. Removed also different errors in dsdt. if needed just ask.
