Because I can only come with the CD I installed iBoot multibeast .... but when
gives the boot to the HD restart.
Likewise it does not run Geforce 8400 GS 1GB ECC
Excuse my English

I could explain step by step to install my motherboard H55M-S2V with ECC 1GB GeForce 8400GS and I can only enter with the CD iBoot. Many thanks

This bothers me.... I´m pretty sure I got everything set right in BIOS, and when I´m booting from the DVD i get the Apple Logo for 1 sec and then my computer reboots...
Any suggestions why ????

I´m using the latest version of IBoot....

Did you do this under 10.6.6? I have been unable to make it work and am confounded as to why. Followed your instructions to the letter.

And yes, I am using a GA-H55M-S2V with F3.

No, under 10.6.5. Waiting for a fixed DSDT for 10.6.6.

Hardware related problem? Run memtest86+ for memory test (http://www.memtest.org. What PSU model do you own? Post your complete hardware specifications.

Hardware:

HDD for snow in SATA 0 and DVDRW in SATA 5
ddddsh.jpg

BIOS:

Set your SATA to AHCI, not IDE.

Under Power managment Setup (http://aphnetworks.com/review/gigabyte_ ... /bios5.JPG)
Set:
ACPI suspended time: S3
HPET mode: to 64-bit

Use the onboard video card and 2GB memory stick or less to install. When the installation finish, run the multibeast, then update to 10.6.5, without restart, install multibeast.

Select in Multibeast:

UserDSDT (put on your desktop the DSDT for GA-H55M-S2V from the database)
Nvidia enabler (Graphics section)
IOAHCIBlockStorageInjector (Disk section)
Check System Utilities
Lnx2Mac's Realtek RTL81xx (now included)

Restart and when the PC reaches the post, turn it off and puts the ECS 8400GS.

Hey Pulpo...

I have:

GA-H55M-S2V (F3)
i3 540
ATI HD 4670
2x2 GB G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800), I´ve also tried another set without success...

It´s strange... The apple logo flicker for 1 second, and then my computer restarts....
I´ve tried the same USB stick on another computer, works fine...

What can it be?
Anything I´m missing in the BIOS?
This is my first computer that I build, anything I´ve done wrong that could affect the error? I have the HDD in SATA port 0, top right corner, and that´s the only drive..

Thanks friend Pulpo did everything that I referred to but not entering the mac only
is turning the ball below the apple logo.
This also happens with the cd iBoot and I en-x does not fall equally. Salcvame
please

Finally I made it work.....

I just changed the External USB CDROM with an Internal SATA CDROM....
I don´t understand why that helped, but now I have OS X installed :D

Amigo do as you indicate and I mention it does not fall to just lay mac
loading the mac, I can only come with the cd iBoot.
Nvidia Install enabler as I indicated and also I can only give the boot by
iBoot cd but it loads a few seconds and then goes to panic Mac
Try to get with-v,-x no suggestions.
Probe video card is also Nvidia 8400GS ECC 1GB Eligroup another
Gigabyte G41M-computer combo and nothing on this card also gives me panic and withdraw the card and the mac works quite another suggestion,
Greetings

I followed your guide with great success this time. I have a 10.6.3 Install disc. I only had one issue and that was with iBoot. I have a 430 Fermi card in the machine and iboot could not load the installer correctly with this card. I had to go to Kexts.com and download the older iboot GE iso and this allowed proper boot of the install disc. All went pretty well from there. I've also done some basic updates from the update service, safari, itunes, etc. with no problems.

Ga-h55m-s2v board...

1.) Iboot to original 10.6.3 osx disk
2.) Push F5, and type busratio=16 -x -v and select osx disk
3.) go through install
