Did you do this under 10.6.6? I have been unable to make it work and am confounded as to why. Followed your instructions to the letter.
And yes, I am using a GA-H55M-S2V with F3.
No, under 10.6.5. Waiting for a fixed DSDT for 10.6.6.

This bothers me.... I´m pretty sure I got everything set right in BIOS, and when I´m booting from the DVD i get the Apple Logo for 1 sec and then my computer reboots...
Any suggestions why ????

Excuse my English
Hardware:

Set your SATA to AHCI, not IDE.
Under Power managment Setup (

Set:
ACPI suspended time: S3
HPET mode: to 64-bit
Use the onboard video card and 2GB memory stick or less to install. When the installation finish, run the multibeast, then update to 10.6.5, without restart, install multibeast.
Select in Multibeast:

IOAHCIBlockStorageInjector (Disk section)
Check System Utilities
Lnx2Mac's Realtek RTL81xx (now included)
