I'm having an issue where when I plug in the power cable the laptop immediately restarts. There is about a 2 second delay and the screen just goes dark. Nothing gets printed to the screen to know if its a kernel panic, or something hardware related (mobo restarting to preventing surge?)

anyone had this issue before?

No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Notes:
Of all the things that don't work, 4 & 5 have the highest chance of being made to work. 4 just needs this (https://github.com/serg992313/Dell-XPS-9550) or this (http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/321080-sineteks-driver-for-realtek-rtsx-sdhc-card-readers/) to be finished/to add support for the card reader. It would be super awesome if someone who knows C++ & how to code kexts could help those guys...

Anyway to do this? I can program, but I've never done drivers. Is there a request form somewhere to ask for support?

What about something like this?

Bios update 1.9.1 is out and seems to be working fine. Should be safe to update.

I've also taken the liberty to attach an up-to-date CLOVER (works with 10.13.4 and all latest macOS updates) and KEXTS folder.

CLOVER.zip - Can be used and replace EFI/COLVER (note that only the essential kexts are located in Clover/kexts/Others as intended)
Kexts LE.zip - all kexts files are the latest ones available up until April 17th, 2018.
These KEXTS should be placed in /L/E (As intended) using something like KextBeast

sudo kextcache -i / afterwards and restart

As always, open up config.plist and generate your own serial & UUID. You can use Clover Configurator to do so.

Hey tgmac, I followed your instructions and was a able to install 10.13.4!!! Mostly everything is working except headphone audio and trackpad gestures are missing. Has anyone been able to fix these issues? Thanks.

I actually found fixes to these problems.

Through the week I was able to complete the hackintosh on the 9560 all the kinks worked out. The only problem I have is that the laptop doesn't actually go to sleep when the lid is closed. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there any way to fix it? Thanks.

Keep in mind sleep is always delayed by 15-20 seconds.
And all assertions must be clear (check with 'pmset -g assertions').
