Does your laptop fully shutdown ? When I shutdown, it goes into shutting down mode, but still the USB port have current. Do I need to use usbinjectall kext? Or fixshutdown in clover?

The keyboard layout is a bit wrong the key left to key "1" is different. Did you fix this?

Fixed it by editing the SSDT-KEY-DELL-WN09.dsl, and added "a" in WN09,
Example
"RM,oem-table-id", "WN09a",
