Rebuild cache as per FAQ (boot without caches, rebuild cache, reboot).

1. I have deleted AppleHDADummy.kext manually from /System/Library/Extensions
2. Install new with easykext utility (using it since the beginning)
3. Verify the entries
<key>com.apple.iokit.IOPCIFamily</key>
<string>1.1</string>
<key>com.apple.iokit.IOACPIFamily</key>
<string>1.2.0a1</string>from /System/Library/Extensions/AppleHDADummy.kext
4. reboot without cache and done "sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /"
5. no line error 751
6. still no sound.

You will need to provide "Problem Reporting" files.

Also, attach your AppleHDA injector kext.

Make sure you're using the Clover menu to boot without caches.

Make sure AppleHDA is vanilla and from 10.11.4.

After rebuilding cache, you must reboot (normally). You didn't mention doing that in the steps above.

If no obvious problems, you may have to do a fresh install.

The problem might be your config.plist patches for AppleHDA.

You should have 4:

Unrelated to audio: Why do you have the two SSDTs generated from ssdtPRgen? (SSDT-1.aml and SSDT.aml)

It was weekend and I took the shortcut and reinstall 10.11 and didn't update the OS.
In new Installed OS I am unable to find the above values. are they related to 10.11.4 config.plist only.
getting the tone of your Question I previously have placed the SSDT from #1 and when I patch saved Nullethernet Rehabman I placed additionally SSDT for patched.

but now I patch and saved original only for Nullethernet.

Appreciated your quick responses when I was on 10.11.4. but I think right now I should just enjoy what is running perfectly and due this update exercise for some other weekend work.

Thanks again.

The patches required for AppleHDA are the same for 10.11 (.0) as for 10.11.4.

But the contents of the OSBundleLibraries dictionary is changed from 10.11.3 -> 10.11.4.

one more thing will the clone utilities work on Clover / Hack / ELCAPTAIN OSes........

like Carbon copy Cloner etc .....
