[Guide] Booting the OS X installer on LAPTOPS with Clover

"Problem Reporting" files are incomplete.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Since I cant boot, then the only reporting files I can attach would be the verbose and the EFI/CLOVER folder..So I have re-attached the images as well as the EFI/CLOVER FOLDER as Zip..

Recap:

I have 3 USB 3 ports. I created the installer using the createmedialInstall. My laptop reboots right after the attached vbose image displays. What could be wrong?

Additional clover pictures and the EFI/CLOVER has been attached. Thank you.

You need to read post #1:
- pay attention to advice regarding DVMT-prealloc (e.g you likely need to use invalid ig-platform-id)
- SATA-100-series-unsupported.kext is missing from kexts/Other
- you likely also need IntelGraphicsFixup.kext + Lilu.kext
- GenericUSBXHCI.kext is not applicable to your hardware
- with OsxAptioFixDrv*.efi, you likely need EmuVariableUefi-64.efi (or use AptioMemoryFix.efi instead)
- you forgot to press F2 and F4 as mentioned in FAQ, "Problem Reporting"
- the guide recommends the RehabMan build of Clover

I know about F2 and F4 but it didn't work. I think that's because I was actually booting to the Clover on the SSD from my previous install... I thought I wiped the SSD with Disk Utility though...

Will report back later once I get more the error reporting stuff.

Edit: Looks like the installer starts properly when I boot into the USB's clover install. Odd

Not really that surprising.
Your EFI/Clover on the SSD probably has something wrong with it (most likely missing kexts in Clover/kexts/Other).

Since yestarday that i have been trying to install high sierra on my laptop.
I have done acpi patching already but this error still remains:
Window Server Service only ran for 0 seconds

Your ACPI configuration is wrong.
And patched ACPI not needed for the installer.
Read here:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/
(use SSDT-DiscreteSpoof technique for the installer).

After installation, read ACPI patching guide (and subguides):
