Use the following kexts :
FakePCIID
FakePCIID_Broadcom_Wifi
BcrmPatchRAM2
BcrmFirmwareRepo

Can be found by Rehabman's github repos.

Revert back to vanilla kexts for IO80211Family and IOBluetoothFamily incase it's not vanilla.

Use Clover to kext patch the following -
10.11-BCM94352-5GHz-US-FCC-dv
10.11-BT4LE-Handoff-Hotspot

Supported devices are listed in post #1. Atheros AR956x is not one of them.

Problem:

1. I purchased ABWB 802.11AC Wi-Fi with Bluetooth 4.0 PCI-Express BCM943602CS Combo Card and WiFi/Bluetooth/Handoff working. I have a pair of Plantronics Backbeat Pro Bluetooth headphones. These work flawlessly with Windows 10 on my rig, but in El Capitan, they are paired but I get crackling and stuttering audio. Audio is perfect through speakers but not through the headphones.
2. El Capitan 10.11.3/Gigabyte Z87-HD3/BIOS F8/4th Gen core i5 4570 Haswell/Asus Geforce GT640 2048MB DDR3

I found this cheap wifi card

Wifi works natively, without dsdt mods etc...

Bluetooth works with BrcmPatchRAM
Maybe it can work native, if we can change dev:ven id to 05ac:8290...

in El Capitan, they are paired but I get crackling and stuttering audio.

Install is correct. Suggest removing Bluetooth headphones and pairing.
