Really waiting on how successful the install went? I have been using Hackintosh for the last few years but due to purchased of the new Thunderbolt 27" screen I have been using normal Mac, can't wait for a Thunderbolt Hackintosh have the funds ready to go and glad you are our guinea pig! Hope that doesn't come across badly. Just been waiting so so long for a Thunderbolt Motherboard as my display has Firewire 800, so as-long as the boards Thunderbolt works doesn't even need firewire on the board!

Still working on putting it together. The SSD comes in today. Should be able to boot it tonight. Hopefully.

I'm helping my gf build her machine too so we're taking it slow going step by step.

I'm guessing there's quite a few waiting patiently to see the outcome of this.
I'm also waiting for WWDC to see what new hardware my be natively supported.

I got the 3770k.

It won't boot into the OS after install. I'm doing another install with a few changes to see if that helps. If it doesn't I'll pull the GTX670 and leave just the GTX460 in there. Hoping that's what causing the problem.

I'll be tackling a MSI Z77A-GD80 later this week. It's the same as the GD65 just with Thunderbolt. I'll make a guide and post it.

Looking forward to it. I've got one on order as well but I'm waiting on stock still.

Could u test whether the MSI Z77A-GD80 (Windows, not OSX) will work with a MBP+Target Disk Mode on the Thunderbolt interface?

No idea how to test that. Any tips?

Verified. the GTX670 was the issue. Booted with no problems after that!

Thunderbolt does not show up. I'm guessing because none of the current Macs have the new tbolt chips. Waiting for WWDC
