Because I found out that the problem I'm having is not related to nvidia GPU at all, I created a new post.
As I mentioned before, I'm experiencing visual glitches in High Sierra and nvidia 1080ti. So I disabled the nvidia card and tested the machine using Mojave and intel integrated GPU (UHD 630). To my surprise, the visual glitches persisted, so I started to try different combinations of config parameters and BIOS settings.

I found that if I disable multi-processor in BIOS and hyper threading (Both need to be disabled) the hackintosh works like a charm, for both High Sierra (Nvidia GPU) and Mojave (intel GPU).

Anyone experienced such a problem? Any suggestion to have multi-processor enabled and no glitches?

My specs are:
CPU 8700 3.2Ghz (6-core)
Motherboard Tampa2
Nvidia 1080ti
