That is normal for the current drivers. Just click continue and let the installer finish and reboot.

That just ends up with a black screen when I reboot. So I had to restore timemachine backup...
Is there anything missing file? (Like kexts...)

No need to restore, just boot with nv_disable=1 and the fix the black screen. You HAVE to install the drivers though. The black screen most likely means they are enabled. Remove all the junk in your config and setup a complete SMBIOS.

Well... It does not work... I think there is no kext or driver for GTX 960 Asus Turbo...

The driver is NOT specific to the card. You need to figure out what is causing the black screen after you install the driver. Your config contains many “fixes” which are not necessary and can cause a conflict. You should also have a complete SMBIOS. If you are not willing to troubleshoot than I cannot help you.
