Graphics card switch issue at startup with Yosemite 10.10.1
Hi,
I noticed I have freezes, during startup, with the switch from the integrated Intel HD Graphics 4600 (from the Gigabyte Z97N-WIFI) and the EVGA Nvidia Geforce GT 740 plugged in the PCI-E slot. If I disable the Intel one, at startup, everything boots fine apart from a black display (which is normal, due to the wrong DVI plug) until I get the login screen : no freeze at all. If I leave it on, I can see the boot options and the Chimaera multiboot but I get close to every time a freeze before the login screen, when the resolution changes. I can see the loading bar as a block and the page remains white, with the arrow of the mouse stuck in the top left corner. Any help is welcome to solve this.
Cheers!
