Graphic Corruption after Waking Up from Sleep on SSD

So I just installed a Samsung EVO SSD and cloned my boot drive to the new drive. Worked like a charm and installed all the new boot loader etc. Everything pretty much works brilliantly. My last hiccup is that when I let my comp go to sleep and then wake it back up the screen is black with little green pixels dancing around. Any ideas what might be wrong? I checked my old boot drive and it still goes to sleep and wakes up just fine. Any help would be appreciated! Y'all rock!
